Tour of California – Sacramento / #liveyours

OAKLEY FIELD MARKETING

Oakley has turned the page and is embarking on a new chapter. A chapter that looks deep inside the world of the active creator. This past weekend, two very special performance driven athletes; Hong Quan and Suzette Ayotte were chosen to join in an unforgettable time at the Tour of California

Day one started off on the right foot; or should I say pedal, with coffee and breakfast at Capitol Garage. With bellies full, the crew hopped in an Uber, headed north to the Double Tree Hotel and met Mark Cavendish and the Quick Step Pro Cycling Team for a ride Hong will be hard pressed to forget. Not even a flat tire could ruin the high! #liveyours

Next stop, Oakley shopping spree at the Arden Fair Mall. Hong had his venerable pick of the litter; trying on the freshest…

Introduced in 2009, RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is Keller Williams Realty’s annual day of service. Each year on the second Thursday of May, associates spend the day away from their businesses serving worthy organizations and causes in their communities. RED Day is just another example of our commitment to each other and to the cities and towns where we live and work.

Join us! You can help with your time and your support!

This is an event that aside from national attention, gets communities together and promotes local support for each other. For a real estate professional to close their business down for an entire day to lend a hand and help our fellow man, woman and child is a great thing.

Nationally, Keller Williams donates over half a million man hours to local communities! That’s 500,000+ !!

This year, our local office is directly…

THURSDAY May 14 Is Red Day – You Should Know About It

Amuse Bouche for the NorCalNevada Calendar

Fit and Filthy

11 May 2015

At this point in the year, organizers and promoters continue to apply the glaze onto their 2015-16 racing calendars. Until more formal announcements and final calendars are laid out on the table, here is a selection of titbits to whet the appetite.

Fresno County Cyclocross – Justin Morgan is looking to take Fresno County Cyclocross into a second season. The inaugural year of FCCX races had low numbers of competitors but exhibited definite promise. Racers from as far away as Santa Cruz and Santa Rosa made the long journey to feed their bent and gather USAC points.

Red Cite CX Series – Steve Rosefield of Red Kite Racing Events would have liked to have put on a weekly cyclocross series last year. In the end, the Red Kite CX Series never came to a boil. For this upcoming season, though, it is a “qualified yes”, yet still…

Welcome to the Moving Season 2015

45-48% of Americans that move in 2015 will move between May 15th and September 1st. 25-30% of families that move will invest in professional moving services. The average investment will be just under $1500 but many will spent $8,000-$25,000 to move across country or overseas. Families planning to move in the summer of 2015 should book a mover 6 weeks in advance. ALSO…If possible plan on an extra day before the move and after the move for possible delays. For example if the move plan is to load May 26 and 27, plan on the movers still loading on the 28th and start the family travel plan on the 30th. Moving in the summer is just like traveling on Thanksgiving. The Airlines overbook and the movers overbook.

Planning is the key to a successful move. Ask you’re Realtor to refer you to a moving professional. Only talk to PROMOVERS  (www.promover.org)
